GREEN STREET AND CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT NEOGIATE RETAIL SPACE AND SERVICES TO GILBERT SMALL BUSINESS ALLIANCE. 6/6/09 Gilbert, AZ The Gilbert Small Business Alliance, Green Street Properties, and Capital Asset Management, have united forces to help small businesses in Gilbert. This partnership of property owner, property management and non-profit small business organization is unique in every way. While the GSBA benefits from additional visibility and a place to offer members direct business resources, Green Street and CAM benefit from the services that will be provided to their tenants and additional small business impressions.
Lisa Rigler, President of the Gilbert Small Business Alliance believes this to be a very exciting agreement, “It has been great working with Green Street, and they are real friends to small businesses. That has been apparent both with how they treat their tenets and now their investment in our organization which is so dedicated to a sustainable small business environment”.
Capital Asset Management, the property management company, also shares in the enthusiasm. Rachelle Strole of Green Street stated, “It is a natural fit since the majority of the leasing agents are small businesses. Having someone they can physically turn to next door is a huge advantage.” Merri Krugen of CAM agreed adding, “We are looking forward to the GSBA’s presence, only good will come out of such a unique partnership.”
